Searchers who type 60 enchant mastery are usually not asking how to hit rank 60. The wiki's playable rank cap is 40, added by the time of Update 94. The public rank collection has 57 records because ranks 16 through 35 are duplicated configs. After I drop duplicate rank numbers, the highest RankNumber is still 40.
Ranks advance by quest stars earned from the displayed goals. Enchants mastery is a separate XP track. Its level 60 unlocks Tier IX usage and reduces the number of enchants needed for an upgrade by one. The official mastery collection has an inconsistent description mentioning potions; its named Enchants perks are transcribed below. The wiki provides a second account of the level-60 perks, while the full numerical table here is one official-source snapshot.

Choose the same configuration when comparing a reward list with this table. The collection repeats some rank numbers, so this index uses one configuration per number and does not add duplicated rewards together.
How to work toward Enchants mastery 60
- Open the Mastery board and select Enchants; check the current level separately from your player rank.
- Upgrade spare enchant books at the enchant upgrading machine. Keep a book you use equipped rather than consuming it just to move the counter.
- Use the level-30 and level-50 cost reductions to plan later upgrades. At 60, check both the Tier IX equip unlock and Better Crafting I on the board.

Plan from your own rate
Enter your remaining stars or mastery XP and the rate you observed over a session. Keep those units separate: stars per hour estimates a rank task, XP per hour estimates mastery. A change of goals or upgrade tier changes that rate, so this is a personal arithmetic estimate rather than a published progression curve.
Rebirth used to wipe progress in a 2024 GameRant note. The current wiki says Update 79 stopped that wipe. I follow the wiki for how rebirth works now and I label the 2024 line as history. The Castle Key still comes from the first rebirth.
