Castle is easy to mix up because two places share the word. Area 3 in World 1 is the zone you reach by normal progress. The Castle, the sub-area, opens for good once you hold the Castle Key from the first rebirth. Searching pet simulator 99 castle usually means the hub, not the first gate.

The hub is where the Garg Machine, Spinny Wheel, Crystal Chest, MVP Chest, Huge-A-Tron and the Trading Plaza portal are documented. The egg cap listed for the zone is 4. A Voting Booth used to sit here and was removed. I do not have a public rare-drop table for the zone itself, so that cell stays empty rather than a guessed pet.
