Blood Moon in Pet Simulator 99

Public sources checked

Blood Moon arrived with Update 97 on 10 Oct 2026. The behavior written up since then is a global sky, not a cave you teleport into. It stays up for about 10 minutes and comes back on a roughly two-hour rhythm. I say about and roughly because the notes describe the cadence without giving me a server-clock formula I can code.

Count's Manor and its egg sit in the same patch art. That manor is content you visit while the moon is relevant. It does not turn the moon into zone 280. The map page therefore sends this search here. If you are standing in Castle waiting for a Blood Moon door, you are in the wrong kind of place. Watch the sky, then use whatever breakables or eggs the patch turned on.

Later October patches did not delete the moon write-up, but they did change what the front page of the game is about. Hatch Wars came before it. Diamond Mountain and Halloween Games came after. Read this page for the timer, and read those pages for the bosses and the Forge.

These bonuses describe the Update 97 event window. Their old release note remains useful history, but it does not prove that the same activities are available during every later patch. Plan around the mechanic named in the current announcement rather than treating a historical two-hour cycle as a permanent global service.
